Goals

Railway Union Rugby Football Club

The goals of the Railway Union Under 21s team are:

To allow our young players and members to opportunity to learn and develop as people through rugby and make the life-long friendships that rugby allows
To allow young players to realise their potential, rugby and otherwise
To have a competitive team in the JP Flanagan league and related cup competitions
To aid in the development of the Under 21 coaching team’s coaching career
To integrate the Under 21 team into the wider Railway Union club and it’s community
To provide a ‘feeder’ system of players, coaches, members and leaders to the adult teams in Railway Union RFC and it’s community
To develop appropriate processes and systems in order to ensure that a sustainable Under 21s team is in place and succession plans are implemented
